Stunning location, it's set short walk to Katama, Ocean Pines section and the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard. Also, it's located 1 mile from Katama Airfield Airport.
Nothing bad to say.

Beautiful surroundings and well-maintained landscape, with a short walk to the beach. Helpful and friendly staff, with excellent service and hospitality. Convenient shuttle service to nearby town, making it easy to explore the area.
Pool area may not be enjoyable for those seeking a quieter, adults-only environment. Limited options for purchasing food for preparing meals in the kitchenettes.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming resort near a beautiful beach. The amenities were fantastic, including a full gym, tennis courts, and a new pool with comfy swings. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the concierges were incredibly helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The resort is located in a peaceful area, but still has easy access to town. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

This is the perfect family resort with great amenities and plenty of activities for kids. The Brandt Pointe suite is lovely and provides ample space for a family of four. The staff is exceptional with great service, from friendly shuttle drivers like John to accommodating front desk personnel. We found the outdoor lawn area perfect for relaxation and the life-sized chess game is an exciting option. The resort offers excellent packages, which include great experiences like a lighthouse tour.
Some guests mentioned the waitstaff and kitchen staff service needing improvements.

The breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. I also loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the resort, they were a delight to admire.
I wish there was a more diverse selection of food available for those who want to cook in the room. Also, the pool area was quite noisy, so it was hard to relax there.
